ABOUT US

We are a family run construction company formed in August 2017. We have successfully operated in the Essex area working on a handful of projects at any one time, we are proud of the work we do across South Essex with our biggest project to date being The Willows in Corringham; A new development of eight two and three bedroom bungalows (currently on the market and under construction as of April 2022, due for completion Summer 2022).

Knowing the area

Obtaining local support is essential and we work closely with parish councils, especially when working in the Green Belt and “land infill sites”, to ensure that the development proposals sit comfortably in their setting. 

Affordable Building

The need for affordable housing is ever increasing as well as a supply of smaller dwellings for older people wishing to downside, our aim is to supply the market with housing for younger first time buyers as well an ageing population that wish to downsize to bungalow living.

Smart planning

We are in direct competition with other builders and developers who are sourcing land to build larger housing to maximize profit, this means we are constantly trying to identify land that isn’t targeted by such companies.

Trusted tradesmen

We are a small locally run company that employs local people and also outsources to other locally run small companies and we continually try and think “outside the box” so that we can continue to build housing for our targeted demographic.

RUSSELL BECKFORD

Site Manager

Russell has been involved in the Building industry for over 40 years. He has overseen many large construction jobs in London. In the last 20 years Russell has built mainly high spec houses in Langdon Hills, Basildon and the surrounding areas as well as many extensions and private work.
